Amazing homemade pastries, muffins, cookies, and breads. Fresh coffee always available as well sandwiches and soups of the day. This is a must if you're coming through Palouse, Washington. Great breakfast sandwiches as well

How has nobody reviewed this bakery yet? Mimi's produces fantastic baked goods that fulfill my sweet tooth cravings. The fruity stuff (tarts, etc. is especially gooey and yummy. Well worth the trip up to Palouse if you live in Moscow or Pullman, especially since there are no bakeries currently open in either of those towns.
