Not a scary place : ,it called as Vampire Yellow Rice because it opens from afternoon until late at midnight. You can choose various toppings: egg, fish, chicken, beef and the yellow rice will be serve with much sprinkle of fried onion, which is known as one of the famous local souvenir from Palu city.
