Le moulin - Pamiers

An excellent restaurant. In winter the room is warm, cozy and classy and in summer the terrace offers a haven of peace. Two menus are offered, one at €28 and the other at €38. We took the one for €38 with the fish, sesame and lime Céviché which is succulent with delicate flavors. The dishes were veal chop with morels and the fish of the moment. The meat was tender and the sauce creamy and the fish cooked perfectly. The desserts are also good and delicious, the hot and cold cherry and the profiterole with walnut flavor and caramel coulis. An address that I recommend, the service is careful and discreet and the offerings are all delicious.

A very pleasant place, where the reception is perfect, the menus are excellent and cheap, the dishes are very well presented. I recommend without moderation.

The mill offered us very good dishes to an excellent value for money.

A restaurant I highly recommend !!!! A welcoming and refined service, two menus offered (25 and 35 euros) ... we chose the one at 25 euros, Duck Baréjadis, Ravioles de St Jacques with saffron, beef corner, Chorizo and salmon pepper, Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse, salted caramel butter, a pleasure !!!! This restaurant will become our restaurant. A must-see address. BRAVO!
