Hey ..... onesie snogger the chancellery often to give a bar in another land a wrap .... but here goes..... ..... in poor Spanish i request a prosceco ..... and I am admirably guided to the local product ..... cava ... My track record with cava is checkered to say the least .... but I have open mind ..... as I am in the land of cava. ..... this cava does not disappoint ..... a dry finish to a well balanced champagne style .... equal to anything in my native Australia. ..... 3€ ?? ...... I had s second just to make sure that he had got the price right ...... sort of double of nothing .... he cheerfully poured again .... Modern and bright surroundings .... tapas bars here seem all be atmospheric .... but where tapas are concerned I would rather get a good look first : ..... the owner was happy to play charades with me whilst I tried to figure the significance of the nombre .....
