Unfortunately, the lentil soup and seasonal salad I ordered were disappointing. The lentil soup had a strong flour taste, making it dense, and the salad lacked oil, only offering a small lemon wedge on the side. When I requested olive oil, I was told they didn't have any and was offered sunflower seed oil instead. The meatball dish with rice and fries was also underwhelming, with a burnt chunk in the rice and tasteless meatballs. The spaghetti bolognese had a watery sauce and overall lacked flavor, except for the fries that came with the meatballs. The restaurant did not charge us for the soup after we returned it, but we were unable to pay the bill with a credit card due to their malfunctioning machine. Overall, this place was a waste of money.
The restaurant is more than just food, but the whole experience. The host is very hospitable and welcomes us with many Turkish appetisers and snacks. The food there is good and served hot. The view is right looking at the famous tourist site. I will definitely recommend to anyone who goes to the Pammukale. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
