Bay 15- Harbour Grill - Panaji

The sea side ambience makes it an amazing place to visit during the day or sun set. Some great live music available in the evenings. Their seafood is good and other cuisines average tasting. However the service is very good.

The place is located at a very picturesque manner. The property has a wonderful sea-view restaurant with absolutely delicious food. The staff is extremely cooperative, well mannered and polite. The service is also swift. I happened to visit the place during sunset hour, the view was breath-taking. I happened to be there when a local singer was performing live, he sang well. Bay 15 also has well-distanced sea view cottages, a green lush lawn for small functions. Nothing to complain about. Wonderful place!!

The place was quiet busy the day I visited. It's an expensive place. The beach view is good only during sun set. They should open up the sand seating, the view from there is much better. The staff could be a little more polite. They said that there was no table available inside, when I checked it myself I found 4-5 tables empty.

Good location and views if you don't mind dirty beach waters Good staff and in fact they are great who are willing to offer service proactively Problem is with property. It is old and needs an upgrade. You can see worn out wooden cabins and rusty shower cabinets inside. Linen is not dirty but one might feel they can be better specially the towels. They have stains and management should do something to make them look fresh and clean. The coffee packet in my room is already opened by previous guests I guess. One big let down is the food in restaurant. It tasted awful or maybe we only ordered Chinese food and it was seriously bad I feel the food here is worthless. It's ridiculously expensive too Overall it was a decent property with great views and size. An upgrade would make this place a worth visit
