Good appetizers drinks! Need to invest some money in good chairs decor

I'm 95% sure one of the guys who work here stole my credit card information. S/he tried to spend $1,900 on concrete (yeah, I know). Besides the odd demeanor of the staff, the waiter wanted my pin number for my card. That is the only time (after spending a week in Panama) that someone asked for me to enter my pin. Granted, I could be wrong about the whole thing but I feel really, really certain. As for the food 3/5 stars. Not great, not terrible. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating here. If you do, pay cash.

Very nice place, really recommend the fish. We were sitting outside, on the street in the shade. Street is quite busy and cars tend to park next to you and keep their cars running..
