Pollo Tropical Multiplaza - Panama

La comida en general es buena, tienen una variedad de platos y salsas deliciosas. El ambiente es agradable y el servicio es rápido. Los camareros ofrecen un buen servicio, pero el personal que toma los pedidos en la caja debería mejorar su atención.

Excellent place to eat a healthy and delicious food

It´s a comfortable space, the chicken has good seasoning. Attentions was regular, could improve. The drinking options are a few and expensive for the price.

Got here after being desperate hungry, I believe I could've got more for that money. Lots of restaurants around too.

I've loved this franchise eating in the states and I like it here in Panama as well. I'll be honest, service has a lot to improve on, mostly having employees not really focused on working. That being said I do love their food too much to not give 5 stars. Eating out in Panama is not very cheap, and in Pollo Tropical with $20 you feed a family of 4 and even get to have leftovers. I highly recommend the $15 combo, which includes 1 rotisserie chicken and 2 large sides of your choice. The GM of this location is incredibly friendly making sure his employees are treated correctly, plus today when we arrived a bit early he sat with us and even gave us free drinks while we waited. I'll be sure to come back
