No matter where I'm trying, it's delicious. pisco mad: it had better, but still very good. the personal was very nice. the waitress was Colombian and I guess the chief wasn't safe. I would recommend that they decorate with lamps or hang on the wall because the echo is terrible. I couldn't hear the people sitting next to me because it's a loud group a few meters away.
Peruvian kitchen in a small and comfortable environment. well made menu.
Outstanding. I would characterize it as Nouvelle Peruvian inventive riffs on Peruvian seafood dishes, with especially fine grilled octopus and seafood soup with a cilantro-poblano seafood broth. Friendly staff, minimalist decor, great value for money.
We returned for a second time this month. We had the grilled octopus and the Sudado de Pescado this time. Both were amazing but most importantly, authentic. I am a huge fan of Peruvian food and this place hits the mark. Unfortunately, we went to town on the food before I could get a photo. I recommend it highly.
A Peruvian friend told me to try Asu Mare, located in a small strip mall in central Panama City. It did not disappoint. On the contrary, the dishes that came out of the kitchen in this tiny restaurant were fabulous. I had the ceviche (of course) but 'apaltado, ' i.e. with chunks of palta and crocante. Very good. I then had the jalea de mariscos, which was so abundant I had problems finishing it. The presentation was excellent, and the food was very creative. Hats off to the chef.
