Super Gourmet - Panama City

Was nice and tasty, but a bit too expansive for what you have. They had almond milk for coffee.

Owner was very helpful in vegan selections. Had an Arepa with Veggies.

So a great place near our AirBNB in the heart of the old town. A group of us friends was in Casa Arias near Super Gourmet. At the first visit to Super G we were warmly welcomed and coveted. This dining company had everything we needed to start our day, everyday life and for our excursions around Panama. Amazing food, amazing Panama coffee and great hospitality. My girlfriend and I are vegan and they could take care of us (we had the sandwich of Veggie Lover)! Our friends had the breakfast sandwiches they loved. The two owners were also very friendly and helpful to give us pointers and tips to navigate our first time in Panama. Under Deli style food, this shop also has daily necessities (paper towels, toiletries), fun knicks, and bottles of alcohol/beer (we bought a bottle of Panama Red, a big rum that we 't seen anywhere else). Would recommend this shop to everyone! A short walk from a ton of AirBNB in Casco Viejo!
