Also known as Casa Hilario (the name of its owner), it offers dishes of typical Spanish and Asturian cuisine, with its specialties paella, roasted chochinillo, and variety of tapas and rations. The tortilla of potatoes, the octopus to the Galician, a good manchego cheese or an Iberian ham accompanied by bread with tomato, some callos to the Madrid, a Andalusian gazpacho, or a steak to the goats. Don't forget to accompany him with a typical sangria of the house. The local has 4 rooms: The outdoor terrace, located on the lively Via Argentina overlooking the park Andrés Bello. The bar, where Spanish meetings are famous to follow the football league and other sporting events. The dining room, set in a traditional cellar with brick vault. The Tablao de la 21, where live flamenco shows take place every weekend. It also offers home service.
With this restaurant. it has all produced from a great place, great sitting places in the free, but the eating was average and seemed to be prepared. croquettes came frozen in the middle (two times we sent them back). paella had frozen seafood. they go to this place for drinks as they were great.
With a group of friends. we had different tapas from the menu. all very good. there was also live music. the band swinged.

My friend and I were last week and we found it good. I had the seafood soup that smells seriously fishy and needed lime and chili to help. he had the special on the day. her Spanish tortilla looked fantastic and someone had it next to us on the table, so maybe tapas really is the way here.
