Dunkin' - Panama City Beach

I always go to this dunkin, literally almost daily. Morning crew is absolutely terrible, 10 people who can stand on the window?t drink right, the lady on the speaker is rude, as I?t know what, never no, or thank you. I ordered a big caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso, no extra shot of espresso, my ticket on my drink does not even show extra shot of espresso. The manager needs the night shift person to teach the day shift how to make a drink right. Never again in the morning. It's not the first time this happened in the morning.

No more Duncan Donuts. Now it's a sandwich shop, Fattys. That's exelent. Duncan donuts on pcb is on the back beach road

Worst customer service ever !!!!! literally you?ll sit in the drive-through line for 10 to 15 minutes and the staff has a bad attitude and act like it?s a problem to serve you , they literally act like that you?re inconveniencing them they literally have all have bad attitudes , worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to ! please do not waste your time here!!!! and oh forgot to mention anything you order they?re out of ...what a joke !!!

Woman on the drive thru told us only that she would be with us at a moment, ended in the drive thru for 15 minutes before she took our order. I come into the window and she is extremely rude and short as if we did something wrong by being patient. then she gives us the coffee with a bang sugar in it. a third of the cup was sugar, which they had to chew everyone swallow. the coffee didn't bother me as much as it was rude for us. I'd be so mad if I were the owner of this place.

I pass here on the way to the hospital, so sometimes I go through the drive thru. This store is always out of coffee supplies. It’s frustrating when I wait in line on the way to work, just to be told they are out of most coffee. I understand it happens sometimes, but this is a common occurrence at this location. When they do have coffee, it has been made right most of the time. The staff seems nice. The location is sort of hard to get in to, but once you go there you’ll figure it out.
