My only complaint, the only reason I give these 3 stars and no more. Is McDonald's drive thru is the slowest drive thru from anyone I've experienced.

I give 3 stars because the food is cold and it looks like they just throw it in the pockets, not always, but most of the times. You have to try something more, what they do. I understand, it's not easy, but it's what you do and you need to do it well. It's not the customer's fault. Anyway, the customer service has improved a lot . . A LOT!!! I am always twice a week during the late morning and the staff is very friendly, especially the girl who gives you your order in the last window, her name is Victoria. Always happy and always friendly??

Absolutely awful. We got cold nasty food that was old and stale, rotten milk in bith happy meals, no sauces and our milkshakes spilled all over half of it! Absolutely the worst experience we have EVER had with any fast food! Stay away at ALL cost!

This was absolutely the worst experience at McDonald's ever. The staff was more concerned with whoever was behind me, hanging out of the drive thru window, that I had to pull forward. Thinking it was because I was waiting on fries or something. Clearly not the case. My big Mac was absolutely unfit to eat. There was lettuce and something else dried and stuck to the inside of my box. The patties were burnt and the lettuce that was on my burger was slimy. Not to mention I couldn't even bite into the bottom bun. It was hard as a rock. The fries were greasy, and my boyfriend's fish sandwich must have been sitting under the warmers so long it looked like SpongeBob. Please your own health go somewhere else.
