Krispy Kreme - Panama City

The best donuts I've ever had. The hot sign was on, We did the Bogo fathers day especially. Not only the donuts were fresh, but they were fluffy. They were short staff, but the customer service was good. Donuts brought my Krispy Kreme to shame in Huntsville. We will definitely eat here every visit.

Young man was very pleasant, tripled our order. Everything was right, gave us many napkins without having to ask.

Although the prices for a dozen original glazed donuts have risen, my 90-year-old mother enjoys them safely. Friendly staff waiting in the car thru.

WARNING, look at your RECEIPT before you drive off. I ordered 4 glazed donuts at the drive thru, was told it was 5 dollars and some change, no one in front of me, and no one behind me. Got my 4 donuts, drove off, and when i got home, my phone informed me my account was a zero balance. I had 29.69 in my account, Krispy Kreme charged me 30.01!!!! FOR 4 DONUTS??????? I called them soon as I noticed, they charged me for 2 dozen assorted donuts and a peppermint mocha, that I did not order!!!!! The manager told me it would be put back on my account. Okay, so I called the bank to try and stop an over draft fee, they said the fee would be 36.00 dollars, so I called the Corporate office to see if this could be fixed, so I dont have the overdraft fee, they told me they would call me back and fix this, okay fine...... Shortly after I spoke with corporate, the store manager called me and was a bit bothered I called corporate, she said she thought we handled it, that my money would be put back...... I let her know of the over draft and needed that to be handled for i was not and i am not paying a draft fee, for their mistake , and I need my money back. She blamed my bank, said they should be ashamed of themselves for charging me an over draft fee. NO Ms Manager, Krispy Kreme should be ashamed of themselves for chraging me for someone else 's order, and Krispy Kreme;s employees should pay attention to what they are doing, cause me and my bank are good. I know what I had to spend, and it was in my bank. My money has still not been returned, and 3 corporate calls later, I am still waiting for an answer and my damn money. Still got those 4 cold donuts,I refuse to eat them. Never had a problem with Krispy Kreme in any other city or state, but Panama City FLorida , they need a visit from JAB Holding for they got Pret Panera 's business going down.........

Should be zero stars.... Never have anything but glazed. Pre ordered donuts only to get to this horrible store and the worker tells me they are out of what i ordered. Why allow app ordering and be out? This is the most unprofessional KK I have ever been too. They have gone downhill.....
