Pho Pier 77 - Panama City

We had three net parts and one side of the Tofu spring rolls. all were great and they also heated as a great rest!

My man and I have the tofu spring rolls, the Thai teeboba with soy milk, the tofu band mi, the tofu-vermicelli and the tofu-bacoli-pho. everything was delicious and fresh. the spicy sauce in the red bottle went well with exactly what we ordered! we had never had pho and it was a great experience!

My friend and I come every time we're in town. my faves are the Vermicelli-Tofu court and the tofu- and Broccoli-Pho. they make a great job with tofu. Many restaurants are lazy with tofu, but this place makes it super crispy and tasteful! the personal is also very accommodating. we got Boba tea with soy milk, which is listed separately on the menu (we asked them to replace half).

There are vegan items not identified on the menu. The Pho broth is beef based but they do have a vegan miso broth available. The Tofu and broccoli pho is vegan and so are the fried tofu spring rolls. Let them know that you are looking for vegan and they are very accommodating made sure to bring vegan sauces and so forth)

When I went vegan, I longed for pho. Lucky for me this place is not too far from home. Their vegetable broth is delicious and the fried tofu is amazing.
