Starbucks - Panama City

As always, Starbucks surpassed my expectations. My order was prepared exactly as I had requested in the app. I even accidentally went to the wrong location, but it was no issue for Starbucks; they simply adjusted the order to the store I was at. The staff was courteous and the café was clean.

This Starbucks is always bustling with activity. They provide a public restroom and have outdoor seating available. When the weather gets too hot, they set up umbrellas for shade. There’s also complimentary Wi-Fi for customers to use. Their selection of coffee cups and coffee beans is quite extensive. Today, we tried something from the Secret Menu, ordering a Mocha Frappuccino with Reese's Cups. If you're curious about all the options available, just do a quick Google search. The service here is impressively fast. Parking can be a bit tricky right out front, but there's a lower parking lot that’s much easier to navigate. I’m also glad they placed a large orange cone over a big pothole that used to be there.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The interior is tidy and well-maintained. The employees strictly adhere to COVID-19 protocols and ensure social distancing is practiced. Overall, I'm very impressed with their high standards. However, I do wish this location had a drive-thru, as it would make picking up coffee much more convenient.

The guy in the safari hat deserves a raise! I’ve never experienced better customer service in my life. Thanks for recommending the iced triple blonde latte with 3 pumps of white mocha, 3 pumps of toffee nut, and oat milk!

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and approachable. They've consistently nailed my coffee orders and made it very easy to use my new rewards program app. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, relaxing, and inviting—basically all the wonderful qualities you could ask for in a great café. This is my favorite Starbucks in Panama City.
