Subway - Panama City

Don’t go ! There more concerned with parking than service of food. You think they look at food and hands than other things . Trust me. And I’m not saying this because there next to gas station .Just go park your vehicle somewhere close to them or there because over flow parking is full and see what happens . It’s a gas station . Keep that in mind Don’t go to that subway. I can recommend others. Coming from airline industry this is not a business for family or kids .

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. I made a mobile order and it was wrong. Didn’t have everything I asked for and was a complete mess. Then I tried to call up to the store 3 times to try to get what was missing atleast and no answer. So I drove back to the store and asked the gentleman if I could get what was missing and he was so rude. He said “im not doing this” a couple times and began to roll his eyes and dismiss me. It was so embarrassing because he did this with a pretty packed lobby! He finally got me one of the things missing and put it in a cup and threw it towards me!!! Once again extremely embarrassed!! I email subway to give them my feedback and they send me an apology email that had nothing to do with what was wrong. I am in customer service and I would NEVER dismiss or treat ANYONE like this!!! The owner should be embarrassed with this behavior and the blatant disregard to his patrons!!

I really dislike it when a restaurant advertises certain closing hours but ends up closing half an hour early. It’s frustrating when they say they’re open until 10:00 PM but actually close at 9:30 PM. Service: Takeout Service Rating: 1.

I encountered a frustrating experience with a gift card; it seems Subway is in such a desperate financial situation that they are issuing gift cards that don’t work.
