Malas - Pānchgani

Was really impressed by the hospitality offered by the new general manager Mr.Hozefa during my visit from Jan 1st to Jan 3rd 2024.He ensured that we got the the food typical of olden times at malas which I have been visiting since childhood. Rooms so nice irs old building but exllent but service not impressed food exlent but we repeatedl order they never provided properly and they never no the quantity also Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

Rooms could be maintained better. Else the food was superb!!! The cafe is a delightful place to be.The kids enjoyed themselves with badminton and table tennis. Their Caramel coffee is lovely too!
