D’niey Santai Cafe - Panji

The food at this restaurant is delicious. I especially enjoy their chicken dish. It is reasonably priced at only RM5. They also offer set menus that are under RM10 or RM15, which is very affordable. Overall, it is worth it.

This is my third visit to this restaurant. The food was okay, but I would not recommend the Western menu. I tried the chicken and lamb chop dishes. The chicken was too flat, dry, and had too much powder coating. The lamb chop was overcooked. However, the nasi goreng was excellent with a generous portion size. The chicken lemon dish was also great, with a delicious combination of sweet sesame seeds and sour lemon flavors. The ambiance is pleasant and child-friendly, with plenty of parking spaces. It is located away from busy roads, so the noise from passing vehicles does not disrupt your dining experience. Overall, this restaurant has potential to become a regular spot for me.

I give this café 5 stars. I first visited in 2017 and still frequently enjoy the menu options. My family and I are always satisfied with the food, especially dishes like fried rice, Charkuew-Tau, kuewtiau kungfu, and other delicious offerings. Don't miss out on the Western kitchen, where the prices are reasonable and the food is worth it. There is plenty of parking available, and the owner is friendly and accommodating.
