The View Kitchen And Diner

Visited The View American family Diner on the ground floor. We had to wait over 5 minutes for the waitress to appear only for her to greet us with "I 'll take your order but I 've got tonsillitis so I 'm going home soon? The most bizzar greeting I have ever had. A new waitress then served our food, nothing special to be honest but one of our party of four said their burger was great. Dirty toilets, dead flys on the window sill the replacement stand in waitress sitting customer side of the service bar on her mobile phone. The only good news is 10 days have passed since our visit no one has been struck down with tonsillitis yet.

Had lovely family meal today in the upstairs area. enjoyed by all thanks matthew and staff

Food wasn't up to much not worth the £30 for two burgers with chips and the waitress got my sons order wrong, plus side the beer was cold
