Taco Bueno - Pantego

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It appears that the restaurants are now cleaner, friendlier, and better managed than in the past. I absolutely love their Taco Tuesday platter.

A big cockroach crawled out of my napkin at Bueno pizza. I was horrified and will never go back. The health inspector needs to shut this place down immediately.

We had to wait for a while before being acknowledged. It seemed like online orders took priority. The food was decent, but our soda was flat and seemed to be mostly water with a hint of coke.

Food tastes good, but it is the second time that they take the path before their closing time (10 pm). I drive from home to Taco Bueno for 15 minutes. I come 10-15 minutes before 10 and they had already closed the kitchen and all set up. Two times.

The food was still stellar. However the beans on mexi dip and chips were too salty and the red sauce on the buffet was too runny, almost no flavor. Cashier was efficient and polite.
