Happy's Pizza - Panthersville

Went to this place on a Sunday afternoon order and paid for food sitting there almost 30 minutes and the same girl that took my order ask me what was I waiting on I am the only person there mind you, Really? got my money back and patronized somewhere where there is good customer service ,they suck.

I got home late one night and decided to stop by here cause it was the only place open on a Sunday night. I ask a customer coming out of the door, how was the food? She told me the food was good but the service was lousy! I walked in a order the Sweet Chilli Happy Wings and fries. I waited what seem like a entity, but once I got home the wings were Fabulous! Since that night, I 've been hooked! The service is not all of that, but the food is so worth it!

Terrible service horrible food. Ordered a philly cheesesteak with jalapenos and fries. Fries had no taste. As for the cheesesteak the only thing i tasted was the jalapenos. Who cares about the huge sandwich if it tastes like nothing. Can't recommend anyone to come here. Service was horrible like the food. Waited to order while one cashier was busy chatting with an employee who went on their day off to buy food while the other cashier kept starring at a lady who didn't know what she wanted. The manager finally came out to take my order. If I wasn't there with someone who already ordered food I would have left.

Soooo I must say....whoever does the hiring here needs to tighten up! I tried to call in my order but the young lady who was answering the phone just couldn 't get her life together. The first call, she hung up on me. The second call, she took half my order and then told me to wait as she had a whole conversation with another coworker and then asked if I could hold. I told her no. I drive to the restaurant and place my order which totally inconveniences me. I wait in line and finally get to register to find out they are out of a bunch of stuff. No wings, no rib tips, no customer service, no nothing! Like dang....What y 'all got?! Funniest(and saddest) thing ever was I look in the back where the pizzas are being loaded and see the pizza guy loaded pizzas into the oven with a hoodie that has a huge picture of a marijuana lead on the back with the word FRESH KUSH to go along with it. I don 't know if he actually had any fresh Kush on him but I was almost tempted to pull him to the side of the building and ask lol. I 've been here a few times in the past and the service has never been this bad overall. This place has good food so I 'd hate to see it go backwards. Tighten up Happy 's. I really can 't tell anybody to come here without seeing improvement. I 'll be back soon to see if issues have been fixed or not. It 'll determine if I take my business elsewhere or not.

The food is OK. The service sucks ****. I wouldn't ever order delivery from this place. Twice I've received cold food with my pizza damaged. They should take more pride in their customer service.
