The lady forgot to scan the coupon and asked if I wanted her to essentially charge me again, but at the right price, and assured me that in a week or two I would be refunded for the wrong priced one. After a month, I tried calling in because I have not gotton a refund, however no one is picking up the phone, the voicemail is full, and I can't seem to find any email to contact them with.
Can never get my order right. Majority of the employees seem miserable.
At this Subway you go in there. You can't get waited on. No one was in Subway. They couldn't wait on us for a while. They had several online orders. The girl wouldn't even econolodge us. So this Subway doesn't need no one's buissness. They only do online orders. They come before a costumer that gets in their car and goes in. They act like you're not standing there. Won't ever make the mistake of going there again. Subway you can keep to your online orders. I hope it puts you out ofbuissness!!!!
The ladies do such a great job. Always a perfect sandwich. I use the app and pick up. Always so friendly and a big smile when they bring it to my truck.
Rude, nasty, unsanitary especially when hitting bottles on the trash cans when makeong food very poor customer service it's like they ahte their job treat people
