My grandson and I recently visited the KFC in Paoli, Indiana, and I wanted to share our experience. Louis, who was preparing the orders in the back, was exceptional. He made sure to double-check my order and confirm what I wanted. If he hadn't asked, I would have forgotten to mention that I didn't want gravy on my mashed potatoes. He also took the time to ask which dressings I needed for my potatoes and biscuit, rather than assuming I didn’t want any, which has happened to me at other places. This thoughtful attention to detail made our visit much more enjoyable and less frustrating. Louis was pleasant, courteous, and considerate, truly representing your company well. My only reason for not giving a perfect score is that the cashier seemed a bit unsure and less engaged, which made the atmosphere feel less inviting.
