Village Inn - Papillion

The food was okay along with the service. It seemed they were understaffed.

I had the V.I.B for breakfast. I love that you can completely customize it! Food was pretty good, hashbrowns were a bit overdone on the top. Great service until I needed a box and had to wait awhile for the waitress.

Met some friends for dinner/after dinner snack. I ordered pie and coffee. The serving staff was very amenable to various arrival times for members of our party. Very pleased with the food and the experience, we will be back.

I dont expect fancy meals at VI, but I expect a comfortable place to eat and talk. The restaurant was so cold we had to eat in our coats and when mentioned it, we were dismissed. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting too. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The service I receive at this VI seems to always be consistent. Wait staff is happy and courteous even when they are busy.
