I had a very generous delicious lunch and a sunny walk on the Malecon to the crafts market before my return to Lima. Unlike some reviews, Paracas is a clean and beautiful place to spend a sunny afternoon. For a more cozy trip I would not hesitate to spend one night or two there for myself. I was definitely impressed!
Very good. It was the recommendation of our driver (bonded to have a connection), but all our meals were very hot and quite delicious. Coffee after that was not the hottest in attempt. I had the fish with rice. I'd eat it again.
We stopped here on our way back to Lima from the Nazca lines. We sat outside and really enjoyed the beautiful weather. It certainly would not have been as nice if the weather was cold or foggy. The service was a little slow, but it...was nice enjoying the view of the bay while waiting. We had two fish dishes, both excellent and very generous. We walked along the boardwalk for a few minutes afterward and when I stopped to use the bathroom on the way back, they were very gracious. After reading some of the other reviews, I guess it depends on weather and timing. But we very much enjoyed our lunch here.
We visited this seafood restaurant during our staying to Paracas. The restaurant was 5 minutes walk away from our hotel. We decided to have a seat outside but unfortunately we found out that the seats and tables were not clean probably because of the...winds that would blow dust all over the place. We asked for the menu and came across a fairly wide range of dishes, mainly mariscos . The portions were fair we ordered seafood with rice and potatos with trumpfish. The staff would always respond in Spanish although we communicated in English. When we asked to have a look at the fish, they were negative and did not allow entrance in their kitchen. We tasted the pure pisco drink in Spanish pisco puro (not the coctail) and really enjoyed it. The prices were average to cheap in relation to the portions that were served. The restaurant seems to be less touristic combined to the others located by the ocean.
Recomendado por los lugareños. Por poco más de 10 euros comimos dos personas un menú del día muy completo.
