O Descanso - Paradela

Great venue 30 minutes walking Camino before Portomarin. It’s a family business with very tasty home kitchen, fresh products /especially steaks/ and very warm hosting. You can enjoy your meal also outside on a terrace with a stunning views. I said do not wait for Portomarin because of prices. We were there in february 2019 and the prices in the restaurant were 40% lower than in the Portomarin for the same dishes and drinks. You cannot miss it if you follow the Camino.

Great cafe on the Camino, friendly quick service with great food. Outdoor patio or inside there is a good atmosphere here. The breakfasts are continental or American bacon egg and toast and coffee for only 4 euros). Well worth the time to stop and eat!

We left our albergue 30 minutes before arriving here at 8am. Breakfast was excellent! We had scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee, toast and fresh squeezed orange (the American breakfast). The owner was super friendly. The music was so nice, I didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of modern and rustic.

Lindo lugar, amplio, la atención es rápida, más no muy cordial. La higiene de los baños deja un poco que desear.

Muy correcto para reponer fuerzas y descansar. Muy bien atendido. Buena terraza. Platos sencillos para peregrinos. Moltes gràcies!
