Thanks for sharing the Alligator with me.Also, that was the very best BBQ meal I've had overall, period.The salads were perfectly crafted, and the meats had some of the best flavor I've had in my life.So, for those of you that have lost hope and faith for a great BBQ meal, head on up to Paradise for a flavor explosion in you mouth. You'll overlook the high fuel cost.

I'm in WV now...and I miss them.....first good food after the fire....the quality of their meals, is only eclipsed by the quality of the people.

Great people, Great food. I’ve tried many of the things on the menu, plus specials they occasionally offer.. chef salads, fish tacos, clam and crab chowder, burgers, elk burger, gator bites, smoked and burnt brisket tips and pork belly bites.. various flavors of fries, Mac n cheese, chili, potato salad, coleslaw.. everything is made fresh, really delicious and the portions are big enough that a meal can often wind up as two meals for me.

They have some really really good food. Not only that, but the staff are really nice people. I got the alligator bites and they were delicious! You can get so many varieties of food. Honestly some of the best food I've had up here in Northern California.

The food is always well prepared and tasty, workers provides fantastic service. I liked the cleanliness and atmosphere. Will visit here again.
