Sushi Hero - Paradise

Stays in our rotation of Sushi restaurants. I enjoyed the Sushi Hero Hand Roll this, time. The fresh oysters are great, too!Food: 5/5

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 Dancing Tiger Roll and Pink Lady Roll. The Dancing Tiger is cucumber and shrimp tempura inside with spicy tuna, unagi (eel), and avocado on the outside drizzled with a sweet eel sauce. The tempura is crunchy and the eel had a good texture and flavor. The Pink Lady has cucumber, spicy tuna, and spicy crab on the inside with tuna on top and a garlic ponzu sauce on the side for us to dip. This roll definitely had a kick but we couldn’t really differentiate between the crab and tuna since it was heavily seasoned. Hands down one of the best sushi spots I have been to here in Las Vegas. Food was very flavourful, fresh, and very filling. Staff was great and happy to be assisting me in my lunch hour. Very clean restaurant and dining area. The only sushi spot I have been to with no rice options to choose from and including several no rice sushi rolls. Sushi hero, I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Location is small but still decent, the bigger tables are for larger partied only so we didn't get the option for a booth which sucks since their metal chairs seem to be uncomfortable and the chair I had there was a patch on it.Garlic tuna is absolutely no for me. The tuna was largely portioned and seemed very flaky rather than sliced.Some rolls are created smaller than others and can be bombarded with constant sauce.Shrimp tempura was worth it and always a A+. My son loved the nuggets and fries since he is never a fan of raw fish.Maybe there would another time for the booth for two if the only hottest working would allow us to sit there.
