Restaurant was recommended by hotel staff across the street, however, nothing to write home about. Food is very pricey for small portions. Order was messed up despite being clarified multiple times upon placing it.

After walking what felt like the entirety of St. John?s one morning, we decided to stop for a quick breakfast bite and a coffee. We opened up google maps and BAM! Coffee Matters was half a block away. With our last bit of energy we pushed through ourexhaustion (dramatic) and came into a relaxed, cool, chill coffee house with locals, out province?rs?? And people from aroundthe globe. Staff are friendly and attentive, food was perfectly portioned, and the cost was equal to what we?re used to spendingin Toronto, aka ?The Center of the Universe?? at least that?s what Torontonians think. All and all, great spot and we leftenergized and happy.
