Barbecue Shack East Restaurant

Hate to be “this” person. Came through drive through. Ordered fries and a sandwich. Pork was cold, bun was soggy, potato was microwaved lol. No coleslaw. Asked for my bbq sauce on the side and it was a quarter full. Very upsetting. Shack fries were amazing. No complaints there.

Really pricey, my baked potato was put in microwave and the cheese on it clumped up, shrimp was hard and dry, the only think good we ordered was a pork steak (2) and one of them was hot and the other was barley warm....for $70 I did not expect this at all...I will not be back. Go spend your money else where

Picked up some shack taters.. yum,...absolutely delicious

Was very disappointed when I found out they were serving swai fish and no catfish,won't be eating that. Kinda felt like they're misleading people by not telling everyone it's not catfish they're serving.

This is their idea for 2 pieces of fish. Was more like 1 piece of fish cut in half. Didn't get the baked beans I ordered either.
