Kastanēs - Paralia Rachon

The fish was OK but very expensive. A grilled fish was 16 Euros. I have eaten bigger grilled fish in Athens for 10 Euros. If they serve locally caught fish, how can it cost so much?

Passers-by from the area, we stopped to see the port.. the smell was so nice, we will sit down for an ouzo meze.. ahem!! Everything by the kilo and when I say everything.. .EVERYTHING!! When I asked if there is a variety of seafood, the answer was that we are a fish restaurant, we don't have any.. meanwhile, the menu has everything in meat as well. Shame because the area is great...oh and the squids are frozen...the fish restaurant! But everything tasted great!!!!!!!

A fish tavern by the sea. The owner served us with such kindness and polite beautiful manner. He showed us the fish he had available, gave us all our options and they were all delicious! The restaurant is next to the sea. The dish I would recommend is grilled sea bream, it just doesn't show in the photos because we ate it!!!! Thank you very much!!! Service: Dine in
