They need to clean up manager door and counter tops. Dirty food location.

We ordered a family meal and it was so gross..the rice was not fresh tasting it tasted like it came straight out of the box with no flavor I couldn't even take more than a few bites even with the pico de gallo on it...the chicken was so dry the skin was so stuck on the dry meat we couldn't even get a full juicy piece. The Mac n cheese was too tender and too much cheese sauce..not edible at all. Will be staying away from this place.

Terrible drive through service tell me why I have to go all the way home. Then come back because they forget one of the mills . awful. They also did that to us some

If I could give this place a Zero I definitely would. Don’t ever come here especially before 9:45 10 pm when they clearly have a sign posted saying they close at 11. These people are the worst creamy cilantro cups be half filled. Do not come to this el polo loco they are trash it’s the closet one to me but the service
