El Pollo Loco - Paramount

They were always very good in serving orders, delicious and juicy and today they were the worst of the worst!! I order online, what is the problem that I have very dry pieces, others very burnt?? It seems they gave me what the customers left on their plates.?

Worst experience ever in a pollen loco, makes it look good on seawood/rosecrans... Staff did not know what he did and even gave me an attitude.. I get this chain at least 3 times a month, but certainly not back to this place?

I just wanted to order my chicken tostada and Maria was there. She was very polite and even went so far that her customers are satisfied during the visit.

A rating restaurant. Many parking spaces. I order two chickens tostada salad and it was pretty good. Nothing to complain. No burning chicken and they actually fill it the tostada. It's just a drive-thru. There are also curbside pickups.

Very good customer service I was happy with my meal nice and warm
