I then ordered the Crispy Cholula Chicken Salad. I enjoyed my meal while watching outdoor mall traffic. There was no background music. I don't know what was so crispy about the chicken but I prefer a smoother texture so I was fine with what I got. Salads usually don't fill me up but I received a large amount of it so that helped.
Glad to have a chop't nearby when I'm craving a big salad. My favorite salad is the Santa Fe salad with breaded chicken added and tex mex ranch or chimichurri ranch. I typically get mixed kale/romaine. The ingredients are always fresh but the made-in-house dressings are what really make the salad, which you can now buy by the bottle! They seem expensive but the salads are really packed in so in my opinion it is worth it. I just stay away from the bowls because they are not nearly as big as the salads. If you order frequently on the app, you can accumulate points and get birthday money. I have only stopped by first thing when they opened at 10:30am so it is never busy when I go and the ingredients are freshest. It does seem like the employees are quite young and inexperienced but it didn't bother me, you have to start somewhere right?
Customer service is EXTREMELY important for me when it comes to reviews, especially when the food is actually good unfortunately, because my curb side pick up experience SUCKED, this place is getting a **** review.I ordered through their chopt app which is very user friendly and straight forward so it made my ordering experience very easy and quick. However, coming to this location for curb side pick up is terrible. We parked by a few parking spaces across from the restaurant that just said 'Grab n go ' with NO restaurant name on the plaques, so really, this sign could 've been for ANY restaurant...I told my husband to pull UP to the front of the restaurant and some lady comes out and starts giving us a lecture about how next time, we should just call when we 're actually parked across the street and not to do it AS we 're pulling up first of all, they weren 't busy at all, no one was in the restaurant so I 'm failing to see why she needed to make a big deal out this. Secondly, those parking spaces weren 't clear on which restaurants those signs belonged to, and lastly, the job isn 't THAT difficult where you need to be upset that I decided to pull up to the restaurant instead of making you cross that dangerous road to deliver my food so really, I 'm doing YOU a favor. Again, if she was nice and KINDLY advised me to park across the street and stay there, this review would 've been different I would 've written more about the food itself rather than bash out on the customer service. Happy new year to you too ruined my entire experience because of one employee with a terrible attitude who hates her job. I recommend this place for their salads IF you 're going to pick it up yourself, so you 're not INCONVENIENCING the employees.
Let me just say my this review has nothing against the food ... my issue is how slow the service is. I’ve gone to this location 3 times since it opened... I work in the complex... I have never been more than 3rd in line and I have spent my ENTIRE 15 min break waiting in line only to get back to work and not be able to eat my food.
I just ordered from there last night on my way home from work. I got the Chinese chicken salad and my brother ordered the gochujang. It was so ready so fast for pick up. No complaints. The freshness was off the chart. And better than the location I usually frequent. Easy parking, friendly service. I was in and out in no time.
