Tojo’s Kitchen - Paramus

The servers are great. Just took a while to get the food. The food was great though. We got the clam shoyu which was a good mix of the refreshing clam in a perfectly seasoned shoyu broth. The amount was good as well. As for the classic tonkotsu, it seemed the portion was on the smaller side but it was good. The broth is slightly less deep than the usual tonkotsu broth at other places. The atmosphere was pretty good.

Onigiri rice is delicious. Also had the chicken katsu curry and nanban chicken. So

I went here for dinner with my friend and we were pleasantly impressed by how delicious the food was. It’s a nice and spacious space for good japanese food.

I love coming to Tojo's. Olive is the best (knows exactly what im going to order) . The staff here are always very friendly and professional. Food is always great. Will always be coming here.

Incredibly friendly service with a calm and relaxed environment. It was such a nice time to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the food court and to enjoy some delicious food. I had takoyaki and their beef udon bowl and it was delicious. This is my second time here and I intend on coming back in the future.
