Burgerfuel Kapiti Coast - Paraparaumu

Generally pretty good but sometimes the burgers smell like they've been tainted with chemicals. I think someone is wiping down the cooking equipment with a rag that has cleaning fluid still on it and it's tainting the burgers. Also, orders in bags are sometimes left open on the counter which is not the best either. Would be great if someone spoke to staff about these issues.

Fast service, the server k ew his stuff re Gluten Free options for a Celaic. Burgers tasted freak and the Thickshake was amazing.

Hey just wanted to share a good experience I had picking up my online order today from your shop young lady served me and she was currently cleaning the store as it was quiet late, but she came over to me and asked if I was here to pick up online order and I said yes and she replied with my name straight away, very nice service and well done to this young lady I have been in customer service myself for 15 years so good to see great service in local stores

Tried o phone in an order while driving south. Phone rang and rang and rang. No answer. Tried with no luck for 20 minutes on our journey approach. Tried to order online but had no luck there either. Met with a near empty restaurant perhaps 4-6 patrons. Staff claimed it was really busy before but no apology. In New Plymouth burger king, the staff still answer the phone when its busy. Lucky you make tasty food.
