Wonderful Indian food. according to my opinion this is the best Indian restaurant in israel.
We came to my birthday at the stages of the artists and decided to taste vegan Indian food. the place is large and spacious, but it is possible to improve the cleanliness of tables and menus, as most of them were dirty. we sat outside and ordered the masala dosa, tali and samosa and to drink we took cold chai. I will first say that the portions are large and satisfied and the price is fair in terms of the quantity of food they receive. the two fried samosa dumplings were huge! filled with kartoffels, plucked and other vegetables. their seasoned were relatiw blande, but the Chutney sauce that came with them improved the experience as it was wonderfully seasoning. the tally came with a series of stuffing that my favorit was the red one-pot with the cheek-erbsen after it came the lens-ndal and the third one-pot was a bit sharp. Unfortunately, the thin brot that came with the court was too crispy and slightly broken and did not fit to pick up the dishes, I think a soft nan would have worked better with the court. the last dish we tried was the masala dosa, like a thin rolled pancake with a mixture of kartoffels, swash, tomato and coriander in it. the dish itself is tasty, but difficult to keep due to the size they force to eat the filling separately and then to pancakes we have with it a series of sauces, a pink beetroot flavored sauce, a spicy sauce and again the excellent chutney. the Chai drink we ordered was delicious and refreshing, the dishes are huge and satisfying and the service was pleasant.
A super nice Indian kitchen with authentic food and great service!
Amazing food, made with love. There's always a lovely atmosphere at Ananda's. People are super friendly, also the staff and also guests. I love that most dishes are not only vegan, but also gluten-free and soy free, since I'm very sensitive to both. The zoola outside is the best place to hang out with friend and enjoy a good, authentic Indian meal. It's shady and breezy. Even on the hottest day! There's always ample parking and it's a bit off the beating track which adds to Ananda's character and general atmosphere. Ananda is part of a local project that converted old horse stables into a rustic and alternative shopping centre, so apart from amazing food, you can find great products from local artists.
