Contribuisci feedbackDinner was a mix of genre and taste very interesting and technically. some very surprising vegetarian dishes but still in a quest for balance. I also note a service of excellence and accompaniment for the really relevant wines that have sublimated tonight. We believe that the team lives its passion for cooking and sharing with great. Congratulations to all of us.
Our second visit to ASPIC, 6 months after the first, took place again to perfection. The menu was completely renewed and we were still marvelled. I'm now convinced it's my favorite restaurant! Everything is sublime: every bite is a fireworks. The associations of tastes and textures are both surprising and comforting, such as the almost raw daurade and the crispy shavings of Serrano; or roasted jacco, white butter with lemon, and the tip of Aquitaine caviar. The selected products are of unmatched quality, and the visual of the plates comes to improve the tasting. Bravo to Chef Quentin and his team for this experience that is a real pleasure from beginning to end! PS: special mention to the chef de salle and sommelier, super friendly and warm, who sublimates the chef's cuisine by giving him bold wines (the Mets-vins agreement is perfectly successful!
Then necessarily note a star, it is always delicate because necessarily the dishes are in this type of establishment worked and very good. Despite everything, I put 5 stars because what I particularly enjoyed, it is the warm welcome amateur and available to speak flat and kitchen. A long way to be swollen, you feel very comfortable. Prices for a star do not delight a very good time spent in this restaurant.
Very quiet and pleasant restaurant. The dishes are complex with a lot of flavor that always blends perfectly with the other ingredients! Thank you for this meal
Superb experience A delicious and fresh menu, a sommelier at the top, a chef at small care for his clients! I can only recommend this restaurant
