Tasting Menu: I opted for the nine-dish tasting menu, and while the variety was interesting, I felt there was a slight imbalance with too many cold dishes. Perhaps a better mix of temperatures and textures would elevate the experience. A good pace in serving food. Highlight Dishes: The lobster and the pigeon dishes were standout items on the menu. The flavors and presentation were impeccable. Service: While the staff was polite, I believe the service could be elevated with a bit more guidance upon arrival. A brief introduction to the menu, including recommendations or special highlights, would have added a personal touch to the experience. Menu Exploration: It would be intriguing to see more seasonal ingredients or unique regional specialties incorporated into the menu to truly showcase the chef's creativity. Ambiance Enhancement: The restaurant's interior design and lighting were good, but some unique, artistic decor or subtle background music could further elevate the atmosphere.
Out of this world experience! Atmosphere is really nice and relaxed. Wine/beverage pairing is one of the best I have ever encountered. They should call NASA for an inspection as the food was from another dimension! Really a recommended if you’re looking to explore and enjoy a journey of discoveries!
The set meal was terrific. each course presented in a very different way- each with it's own unique taste and textures- they prepared certain foods in 3 or more different ways within the course and you were able to see how each preparation brought out other tastes of the item.
Dinner at 2 a week, the table was requested in front of the window to enjoy the brightness of the outside. We're well-installed, and we're going to have an outdoor dinner in 15 services. everything is extremely refined, sophisticated, colourful and very gourmet! the products are exceptional, the plant highlighted. we had taken the agreement and the wines, which was absolutely divine from the beginning to the end. diversity, originality and precision of each agreement. Bravo to sommelier, to the team in the room and to the kitchen for this very high quality performance.
A big blow for this restaurant that doesn't pay for an outdoor mine: some blankets, raw decoration (maybe a little too much, attention to noise. Single formula at 95€ in the evening, but what formula. 5 Drinks, 5 dishes, 2 desserts. The agreement 5 glasses of wine for 55€ (greatly enough in my opinion, 7 glasses grow! consists only of very good natural wines and at good temperature. What it takes to get drunk in this rainy autumn. The first sweet mouths eat with the fingers. It can be more detailed, but there is already a climate of curiosity and serenity. The first dish is "camouflaged" under charcoal tiles. Very visual (picture of page , this dish is particularly tasted although foods are built with the exception of fish. Great work on the sea (deck kuit, calamar, mussel, raie, saint jacques, oyster and seasonal products (girolles, root vegetables, cabbage, celery, fig. Only one meat, from the Basque pig: perfectly cooked in the rosé and smoky vacuum. This smoking is quite present in the menu, without abusing it, sometimes supplemented by juniper notes. These odors are well suited to the season and make you want country and fireplace. Seasoning sometimes a little just to my taste, I tend to eat a more salty hair, but it is taken by the richness and length in the mouth of associations and spices (this Timut pepper with citrus, star of a whole dish... . Style, raw in the air of time and pleasant to take control. Many pictures on the Internet give an idea of the presentation of the dishes. Excellent service, courteous, helpful, smiling and especially on the menu. I rarely smiled at a dish. I have even more rarely smiled at the taste of a dish. Even in front of the bill, I kept my smile! Excellent experience, I hope to return before the first star!
