Bistro des Deux Theatres - Paris

Wanting to find a nice restaurant we came across this one...and all looked good. It's not the cheapest but you don't mind if you have a good meal. We sat down, and it soon became apparent that the staff were not interested in looking after us, looking miserable and unhappy. One kept standing in the roadway having a cigarette...he gave his cigarette more attention than us.The food finally arrived...three of us had steaks, one had duck. To be frank...we wished we had gone to a McDonalds and had a better meal. Totally overpriced, uninspired and miserable restaurant.

We returned to this chic bistro close to the theaters to taste a good lawyer/shrimp then a milanese scalope version large format and the specialite of burnt creme served in flames, a little expensive

An excellent meal around the menu at 41€ all included. Everything was perfect. a very good foie gras intake followed by a perfectly cooked and seasoned beef net and a very good thousand dessert leaf. coffee and mignardises. a very good quality price. service is extremely efficient. a very good evening with friends.

We have been eating there several times and will do it again and again! the service is top and the price/performance absolutely in order, our recommendation : take the menue, for every taste is something here!

I went there the first time a little over 10 years ago, and still find it so much fun! Unlike some comments, I find the reasonable price for the whole proposed menu: kir, entry, dish, dessert, generous, very good dishes, and served with efficiency and smile, all in a warm setting in which we feel good-bref, I will strongly recommend it as soon as the occasion
