Very good experience. Originally we wanted to eat at Denise next door. Unfortunately we did not have a place without reservation. So we tried the Louchebem next to the same result. However the boss (from Louchebem) told us that it was the same meat here at the Honorée. It was a good surprise. Especially if you love carpaccio, it can be at will. I recommend. The tartare is differently delicious, but the carpaccio at will certainly seems to me the best alternative for gourmets. Good quality meat, quality price ratio, everything is at the rendezvous, Don't rely on Google reviews of 5 years, and trust your own palace... I note 4 '5
Where to start...? By the current average on Google of 4.0, absolutely unjustified. IGNARES TERRITORY. We were oriented there by the Louchebem family who, victim of his reputation and quality, could not receive us tonight. A service of infinite prevenance, accompanied by a politeness rarely seen in a Parisian restaurant. To continue, the table. Perfect on the gustative plane. All my congratulations, for what they are worth, on the mushroom tree followed by the beef tartar (controlled without oysters, I eat more than the age of 5). I can tell you that one element is worth the detour and joins my top3 (spoiler alert: it is about tarare. No order given but those I love and without classification: Chez Denise next to or at the coffee shop in 15). A new and so new version with flavors that we are still looking for. The fries? The one I consistently decline when ordering a tartare was a revelation. Many research and work have been brought to them in the design that their realization. Certainly the ten ends of our hands, namely 10 fingers so case, had difficulty to count it. The frame tells us, kindly, that we could (or should) ask for a second portion. Prices are reasonable for quality and location. In short: Kitchen service 95% just for quantities (marked when paying with the restaurant’s supervision). notify the customer that the carpaccio at will is available from the order and then without limit until the end of the service. If you still ask yourself the question of a future visit, all comes to great steps. Thanks again for all your accomplished work, that visible as that of the shadow. We can’t wait to taste this famous carpaccio at will and then come back for this steak tartare of anthology.
