First summer snow visit but certainly not the last. beautiful paste in superb crust paste for the seiche and beef and to finish, a dessert with lightness and freshness: figs, mascarpone ice.
By respect to the chef Hideki Nishi, I will not publish the pictures of the dishes. I love the sobriety and flavor of every meal. I was also very sensitive to the delicate attention prepared on the occasion of my Birthday. Thank you.
