A real Parisian, with the Paris show around.... one of only few terraces. Ideal for lunch at noon, near work. A lot of effort to satisfy customers, that the boss and the servers know well. Many people and a friendly welcome
It's nice to have a cafe in the warm weather, you can even sit at a small number of tables outside the cafeteria. It's the morning and beating coffee of espresso, and it's not bad. Drinks are always fresh in the morning, so sweet and delicious. It's only a couple euros.
The dinner was a mix of genre and taste very interesting and technically. Some vegetarian dishes very surprising but still in a quest for balance. I also note a service of excellence and accompaniment for the really relevant wines that have sublimated tonight. We believe that the team lives its passion for cooking and sharing with great. Congratulations to all of us.
Our second visit to aspic, 6 months after the first, took place again to perfection. the menu was completely renewed and we were still marvelled. I'm now convinced it's my favorite restaurant! Everything is sublime: each bite is a fire of aromas. associations of tastes and textures are both surprising and comforting, such as the almost raw daurade and crispy serrano shavings; or roasted jacco, white butter with lemon, and tip of aquitain caviar. the selected products are of unmatched quality, and the visual of the plates comes to improve the tasting. Bravo to the queen leader and his team for this experience that is a real pleasure from beginning to end! ps: special mention to the chef de salle and sommelier, super friendly and warm, who sublimates the chef's cuisine by giving him bold wines (the coup is perfectly successful!
