From the entrance to the dessert, a delight! For the believers: what are you waiting for?
A unique concept, an intimate place, the Chef cooks in front of you and answers your questions with a smile. I never eat believed so it was a great first for me, and I was conquered! Great choice of dishes to share, good wine and delicious dessert. Besides looking at the Chef Cooking is hypnotizing, it must be said that he is a very handsome man. Girls go!
Restaurant offering raw or uncooked cuisine. Meals to be taken as tapas to share. Few places inside the restaurant, so you have to book. An alternative is offered to guests if the restaurant displays complete because right in front, the restaurant offers an annex to take away the dishes. The beef tartare is very good, but I tested it without truffle, which was not the case of the daurade sashimis and I think the next time I will ask them without truffle oil as well. The slightly cooked hulls with rhubarb are excellent. You should not hesitate to take at least 5/6 courses to share. The coconut cloud dessert with ginger ice and roast pineapple was succulent. The service is friendly and rather cool, we don't get all the dishes at the same time, they really leave us time to taste them quietly, which is very appreciable. On the other hand, a big black point or then I fell badly: music! We don't want to hear from U2 or Bryan Adams in such a restaurant that doesn't fit at all with the style that is rather smooth. It's too bad.
Exceptional in tastes and flavours. Menu from noon to 25 euros, everything was excellent. Service to the top. Bravo
