Le Paris Juste

I've been very fortunate to find some amazing gems in Paris and Le Piano Perché is just one of them.

Exquisite restaurant in MontmartreIf I could give 6 stars, I wouldMy boyfriend and I started with "the perfect egg" which was an apt description.

One of the best meals I had in Paris. The subtle flavors and the perfectly cooked scallops were the highlight of my meal.

Small brewery not far from the North Station.Map very classic and frankly not very elaborate. Very simple kitchen. Very limited service, too much amateurism and approximations. and too long.

A salad of Italian pasta with ham serrano ...... which is in fact ham, with an inaudible excuse " the ham is gone from Italian, it has passed by I don't know or and has arrived to bet like this!!!!!! the waitress apologizes and recognizes that they have been wrong on the map ... ... but the leaves. another plate with carpaccio ... I see the table sets "an almost perfect dinner." We're here!
