This street is certainly now one of the best ones in the city of lights for dining. This new wine bar is a much welcome addition.Renovating an old mattress restoring shop into a beautiful space. Subdued lighting, comfortable seating, jazzy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to relax, chill out and taste some of their incredible selection of wines.But it doesn't stop there. The owner insists on finding organic produce, including cold-cuts (!). The chef makes these into scrumptious delights. I would call them "French Tapas".We, of course, had wine and had one of the most memorable soft boiled eggs, cooked to perfection and presented with great taste. We also had a homemade organic anchovy paste, where the chef mixed olives and all sorts of things. Amazing!For a romantic dinner out, or just to chill out and make conversation with the friendly people this is the place to be!

No wine map: you visit the cellar directly, and you are very well advised, with bottles for all the pockets. In addition, the charcuterie and the cheeses offered to accompany them are very good!

At home we feel good, the boss is super nice, the products of very good quality, and there are for all tastes, oysters with pata negra, and small dishes "well of ours" deliciously cooked. Of course we go also and especially tomette to drink a (of) coup(s) and there it is the temple of natural wines and wise advice of the master of the place.

Going tomette, it's like going to a friend's house: he makes us visit his cellar, he teaches us, takes care of us, he is understanding and generous. At home, we find a very good selection of wines to satisfy all kinds of palate. the atmosphere is excellent and we can only greet the owner's hospitality and professionalism. a great recommendation from the red baron. We got four of us by chance. but the atmosphere, the slate, the deco have pushed us back. What a good surprise. Here we take his time to choose his wine and his accompaniments. Everything makes you want. the choice is difficult so everything seems delicious. And it really is. the advices given to order were perfect. the products are ultra fresh and tasteful to wish. The bread is toasted, a delight. We had a great night. the server/associated is really a passionate. He's got something to be proud of. We recommend it!
