Coffee was exceptional. Service was wonderful. I gave 4 stars due to the lack on cleanliness inside.

Please re-train your staff for everyone to know the right way to make drinks. Order the same thing the same ways (they way they told me to order it) it's been a different result- taste and look every single time. There should be at least some consistency... Make it make sense.

Very consistent good service! Friendly atmosphere. Delicious pastry's always fresh and warmed for you.

Terrible customer service. How can you close the lobby and expect everyone to go through the drive through? Some people use the pre-order service for a reason, not to order ahead and still have to wait close to an hour for their drinks.
