Contribuisci feedbackI've been a regular customer at this Subway for many years, and it's clear the employees recognize me. My wife received a free sub for Christmas, and I attempted to use it today, March 2nd—just one day past the expiration date of March 1st. While it would be easy to criticize the absurdity of a two-month expiry period, that's not really the employees' fault. However, despite my frequent visits over the past week, they refused to honor the gift certificate just one day late. Do they not know how to take care of their loyal customers? Initially, I appreciated the new owners, but now I think I’ll be staying away.
The customer service was lacking, and communication was poor. The staff made assumptions and mistakenly charged my sandwich to the customer in front of me.
Always my go to place when me or the family aren't in the mood for cooking, been going here for 13+ years and I've never had an issue
Improved from 2 stars.Good service and good subs from the young man behind the counter. Not many sandwich artists can make a decent sub.
The service was great, and the food was good. However, I thought it was somewhat pricey compared to similar offerings at two other locations.
