I drove into their parking lot and passed by the screen door of their kitchen.
Enjoyed a lovely dinner on the patio of this restaurant. Great quality food, service was a little slow when asking for items other than that I would definitely visit again.
We tried getting into Stillwaters but the 1+ hour wait was ridiculous so after having a beer on tap in the lounge, we decided to check other locations nearby. We found Woolf and Wilde and glad we did. It was a perfect dinner with friends in an air conditioned, lovely decorated dining room. It was very hot and humid so we preferred dining inside verses the deck outside. The waitress and all the staff was perfectly attentive and super polite. They all were. We enjoyed some beers on tap and it tasted great on such a hot and humid day.We started with a lovely bread loaf with a plate of drizzled olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We also ordered 2 appetizers. The Bruschetta on Fontina-Baked Pizzetta was very fresh and tasty at $13. We also had Our Finest Meatballs w/ Fontina Fondue, Charred Dough for $15. A bit expensive but had wonderful flavor and a perfect share for 2 couples. My wife's entrée was the Charred Summer Vegetable Primavera w/ Fresh Rotini, Pesto Cream & Chevre for $16. A great value and delicious. Good portions. I had the House-made Tagliatelle w/ Garlic, Chilies, Parsley & Pecorino for $14. Also a great value. Just enough heat and very delicious. It was very flavorful so I didn't even miss a protein that I usually have with my meals. We received a mini macaroon upon receiving our bill--a nice touch to a great dinner. We will definitely be back. We never felt rushed and it was a perfect pace with attentive staff and a very pleasant atmosphere.
Nice little restaurant. Was quiet and private for a meeting. Menu has a variety of unique appetizers and entrees. The Caesar salad with bacon wrapped bacon ( yes bacon wrapped bacon) was unbelievable. The entree I had was bass which was very tasty with a great crispy skin. Meal was amazing. Will be back again. Great place for a business meeting, couples and friends. A great addition to Paris downtown.
